Services

Offering a range of professional cleaning services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Whether you need a one-off deep clean or regular support, we’re here to make your space sparkle while providing a friendly, reliable service. All services require 24 hours notice and will include a pre-appointment chat to discuss details and ensure that this is the right service for you.

Fully insured and DBS checked - References available upon request.

Domestic / Residential

£20 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Friendly and professional service. Whether you need a one-time deep clean or regular upkeep. We tailor our services to your needs, leaving you with a fresh, tidy, and stress-free space to enjoy. Please be aware that for one off cleans a minimum of 3 hours is required to give the best service, this will be discussed with you beforehand, to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.

(Maintenance fixes and gardening services can be arranged, if required, for negotiated extra charge)

Inclusive of:

  • Fresh Bedding Changeover (if provided)

  • Full Bathroom clean

  • Full Kitchen clean (including appliances and cooker tops)

  • All Floors (hoovered, mopped, steam cleaned)

  • General Dusting

  • Skirting Boards, Door Frames, Light Switches etc..

  • Indoor Windows & Glass

  • General Tidying

  • Bins and Waste

  • Oven Deep Clean

    (can be arranged at a £35 extra charge)

Thorough, reliable cleans tailored to meet the high standards expected in rental accommodation, ensures your property is picture perfect and guest ready. Let us take care of the details, allowing you to focus on other priorities. All services can be tailored towards your individual needs.

    (maintenance issues, appliances, alarm systems, lighting)

  • Fresh Linen and Bedding (if provided)

    (Items can be provided at negotiated extra charge)

  • Full Bathroom clean

  • Full Kitchen clean (including appliances and cooker tops)

  • General Dusting

Personalised light cleaning and domestic services - if you or loved one would like an extra hand around the house, whilst having a friendly chat give us a call! ‘A Cuppa and a Clean’ is here to make cleaning feel more personal and supportive to those who need it most. We are happy to help with any domestic chores. (Please note that maintenance and gardening tasks will need to be discussed before the appointment so we can bring appropriate equipment)

End of Tenancy

£25 per hour (minimum 6 hours)

Property is required to be unfurnished/removed of tenant belongings

Our End of Tenancy clean service is designed to leave your property spotless, helping you secure your deposit or prepare for new tenants. We offer a thorough, top-to-bottom clean that meets the highest standards required by landlords and letting agents. Committed to delivering exceptional results, leaving the property fresh, and move-in ready. Perfect for tenants, landlords, and letting agents alike.

(Maintenance fixes and gardening services can be arranged, if required, for negotiated extra charge)

Inclusive of:

  • Property Inspection

    (maintenance issues, appliances, alarm systems, lighting)

  • All Floors (hoovered, mopped, steam cleaned, stain treatment)

  • Skirting Boards, Door Frames, Light Switches, Lampshades, Light Fittings, Switches and Plug Sockets all wiped down

  • Full Kitchen clean (including appliances and cooker tops)

  • Oven Deep Clean

  • Full Bathroom clean (including limescale removal and grout cleaning)

  • Remove dust and dirt from behind radiators

  • Indoor Windows & Glass

  • Mould Treatments in affected areas and removal

  • Doors and Walls, removing greasy hand marks and stains
