Who are we?
Hello! I’m Georgia, the heart behind Georgia’s Housekeeping Hub!
With a passion for creating comfortable, clean and welcoming spaces, I’ve spent the past few years providing domestic services to holiday homes and residential properties across Cornwall. I have been doing this alongside balancing the responsibilities of managing my own home and studying for a degree in business management. After recently moving back to my hometown of Wellington I have decided to take the leap and turn my passion into a business.
Before diving into the world of cleaning and domestic services, I dedicated over a decade to the hospitality and events industry, where I gained an array of experience, including a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and customer care skills. My most recent role as an Events Assistant with Cancer Research UK allowed me to connect with the local community on a personal level, I built strong relationships with people from all walks of life and learnt about their day-to-day lives. I bring a people-centered mindset to everything I do and being connected with the local community is something I hope to continue through Georgia’s Housekeeping Hub.
I believe that cleaning is more than just a chore; it’s about creating comfort, peace of mind, and a space that truly feels like home. That’s why I take pride in offering a professional yet personalised service - whether it’s a deep clean, holiday home refresh, or my special ‘A Cuppa and a Clean’ service for those who need a little extra support.
My partner, Josh, an engineer and self-taught carpenter, who works on a self-employed basis in property maintenance, for a range of different commercial and domestic clients, is in charge of the business’s maintenance tasks. Josh has over a decade of experience in carpentry and maintenance with a long list of happy customers. We are dedicated to helping people in all areas of property upkeep.
With a focus on care, reliability, and attention to detail, we’re here to make your life that little bit easier - one clean and one cuppa at a time!
